What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start Crunchy
2. Go to browsing
3. Load the page http://docs.python.org/3.1/tutorial/introduction.html

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Notice the appearance of &#8217; in a number of places.
These should be apostrophes.
