Enter a description of the feature requested, as completely as possible.

Based on http://billmill.org/static/canvastutorial/library.html, a new
plugin should be written that would have three tabs: one tab showing the
code of interest, one showing the code that occurs before, and the other
the code that occur after the code of interest.  Before execution, the
three code samples are merged and executed in the right order.

This plugin could be adapted to run javascript code as well.
