.rst and other extensions not handled properly when inserted as simple links from tutorial #98

If .rst and other special non-html files are hyperlinked (as simple links)
from the Crunchy tutorial, they are not converted properly to use the /rst
(or other relevant) plugin.

fixed for .txt files.  Firefox does not recognize pure links to ".rst" files 
and ask
how it should treat them.
