UI fixes #1308

This pull request fixes some UI issues, for the xib files with large diffs:

The CacheViewController width is now consistent with other views
In the OverlaysViewController some labels are made more consistent and the height of the timer text field is fixed

Thanks a lot for this, but this is pretty hard to review the UI changes on github especially when there are many. The code stuff is great though. I'll have a look to merge this when possible.

Also, heads up, I would refrain doing things with Overlays for the time being, I'm likely to rework those soon.

Edit : Also, I'm using Xcode 15 beta and would recommend you do to if you submit more UI changes, as every year, new Interface Builder has issues with previous versions.
