Screen Saver not playing on displays connected though a thunderbolt dock

Required information

In order to help us sort your issue, we ask that you provide the following information:

[x] Mac model: Macbook Pro M2 MAX
[x] macOS version: Ventura 13.4
[x] Monitor setup: (3) 1920x1080 2 are connected though Thunderbolt Dock and 1 is direct to computer

If appropriate, please enable Debug mode and Log to disk in Advanced tab and replicate your bug, then attach the AerialLog.txt file (You can access this file through the Advanced tab).

Description of issue / Feature request

screensaver doesn't show on screens connected through a Thunderbolt dock. I have confirmed that the built in screensavers will play on all 3 screens. the dock I'm using is a CalDigit TS4

@JimmyPco please update to 13.5, this is a bug in macOS 13.3/4. There's a sticky thread somewhere about the issue if you want more information.
