[Concept] Present user with a Setup Screen on First Launch #104

Setup

Present a simple setup screen on first launch, so that the user can set their iOS version (To later filter) and enable disable critical settings (i.e. Stashing)

Not a fan of these screens. They block the user from getting down to business, and lead to frustration. A better way to handle this would to have a non-intrusive popover ask if they want to stash, or have a settings tab have a little notification to catch a user's attention.
