Initial integration of SwipeForMore and DismissProgress. #88

Added: swipe for actions (SFM) and dismiss progress page at will (DP) features. This is a basic start. Further improvement would be made.

There's a feature freeze currently until more code is refactored away from C++ and into Objective-C. I'm waiting on the next jailbreak to resume development and hopefully spur some more interest.
