What does this implement/fix? Explain your changes.

Adds in an initial Sources View Controller
Adds a more dynamic table source format to the Features Catalog so that other features can implement with the Features Catalog.

Where has this been tested?

Simulator: Yes/No; Successful? Yes

iOS Devices: Not necessary yet, should work fine.
