Make switching tabs work #51

got Reference Not found in developer tools, after some digging found this.

Also changed the inputBindings.bindingNames to bs4Dash.tabItemInput to make it work with bs4Dash. Would be nice if this could also be supported, but I don't know how to conditionally call one or the other binding..
