Explanation of basic DOM manipulation and JQuery #16

In Chapter 6, jQuery is needed, so ones can create elements by using $() in the JavaScript side. And In chapter 7, only use basic DOM manipulation to create elements.

It would be better add some explanation between those two methods for those who are not familiar with jQuery.
