I understand our data options at this point, but am a little confused what method you've settled on and I think that might be important because we're going to build on the gio example in later chapters? Maybe this isn't an issue if there are little repos associated with each chapter, but it would be nice to sort of check my work and make sure we're on the same page before moving forward. Should I assume you're using your own serializer because that is the last presented option?
