What about the siren feature? is that something which can be controlled by Home Assistant?

Currently, not possible via either Zigbee2MQTT or Zigbee Home Automation as there is not a mechanism to add the device to a Zigbee network that is not hosted on a Philips Hue Bridge.

It might be possible using the Philps Hue integration with a Philips Hue Bridge but I haven't tried. A quick look at the Hue API V2 didn't find an obvious way to sound the siren.

Maybe the Hue App can be used to configure the siren to sound when motion is detected by the camera? That would be independent of Home Assistant.
