Refactor and splitting out bitbang routines from main #12

Some cleanup and moving stuff around to make it easy to merge glitch mode into the proghq repo.

Unfortunately, it's unclear to me how I can sanely add new headers / c files in mplab without changing 'configurations.xml'. Merely adding the #include directives without changing the mplab configuration doesn't seem to make the compiler happy. If there is a way, please let me know.
