These were never named consistently. Recently I have a little more thought as to how these should be named, but I'm not sure its very regular
Sample:
mos_8564r6-wafer_mz.jpg: a MOS 8564R6 wafer top metal. Main chip
mos_8564r6-wafer_mz-9079r2_mz.jpg: a MOS 8564R6 wafer top metal, but the test pattern 9079R2
that is, the chip name itself should have -wafer, since its a fundamentally different object. Additionally, the main chip is prefixed "mz", but may have a suffix to indicate its a special ROI.
Maybe should be mos_8564r6-wafer_mz-test-9079r2_mz.jpg?
This is a little different than in the past in that sometimes files were named more like:
mos_8564r6_mz_die.jpg
mos_8564r6_mz_test.jpg
Part of the issue with this is that sometimes only the main chip is imaged, which made the organization clumsy.
