This addresses a ton of low hanging fruit on the UI/typesetting side. I guess I'll have to think about that backend overhaul next...

We have:

Additional context actions: choose matrix size, add/remove scripts, change integral layout / number comma preferences, etc
Typing suggestions for typeset syntax
Parser for typeset syntax allows arguments and complex expressions
Fix precedence error in adjacent typeset superscripts
Rename command triggers a check if each document is modified
Typeset models only calculate layout when stale
Add string macros for construct codes
