This revises error messages to contain arbitrary text

TODO:

[ ] Make Model error reporting independent from Program error reporting
[ ] Fix clickable links in console error messages, and generalise their text to make sense with multiple files
[ ] Consider parser error recovery strategy

This is only marginally better, but the reporting at error sites is better abstracted and allows dynamic messages. My brain is jelly and I'm merging what's here.
