Redesign and additional features for the project browser pane and document save states.

This MR:

Separates the project browser pane into its own class
Add interaction options
- Hide the project browser
- Expand/collapse for directories
Fix unintuitive UX for creating and opening projects (CTRL+N has a dialog for what to create, e.g. Project/File)
Disables MainWindow context actions to show/hide toolbars, which were inconsistent with custom methods to show/hide toolbars
