Add an example script using the library #38

I struggled to get to grips with using the library at first, so I've added an example script to help other newcomers understand

I get the struggle, you have to look through deluge source as nothing us really documented. I wanted to avoid being the "deluge documentation" so did not want to add stuff like this myself but contributions are fine.

Feel free to make it more expansive :)
