It keeps saying [!] error detering http hosting address. did you provide an interface or ip? when i try to do for example "python follina.py -c "notepad"

you need to provide your network interface or your ip, example : python follina.py -c "notepad" -i [your ip]

What IP to use if you using different network

a proxy , u dont want that shell tracing back to you , since its your computer thats sending these requests to exexute rce ,
