pickup call on locked screen

We have android 4.0.4 XT910 devices which has a locked screen after one minute 
by activesync security policy.

Unfortunately if the screen is locked, I must unlock the screen before I can  
pickup the call which cost a lot of time.

Please allow pickup a call as well on a locked screen like android does.

I can confirm a worse case on my OnePlus One running official CM11S ROM based 
on KitKat 4.4.4.

My phone is set to screen-locked after 5 second to save power. When in that 
screen locked state, incoming calls will ring the phone but the screen is not 
waken up. Even worse, when the phone rings I cannot press power button (I set 
to use power button to wake up screen) to turn screen on as I normally do so I 
cannot even have the chance to unlock the phone, like the issue reporter did.

For me to receive calls, the screen has to be unlocked and on, this is 
unrealistic since most people cannot afford to have the screen always on or 
screen unlocked in standby state.

My bad, please ignore my previous comment. Just discovered that Sipdroid works 
perfectly on my OPO, it wakes up the screen and allow accepting call when 
screen was locked and off.

I was actually setting up the PrivacyGuard to deny Sipdroid the permission to 
wake up the phone and keep awake, once I allow the permissions, it works 
perfectly! Now I can really enjoy the possibility of ditching telco carriers 
totally.
