What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Sipdroid, configure PBXes, on Wi-Fi suspend the phone
2. After more than 15 minute, turn display on
BUG: Black popup: Unfortunately, Sipdroid has stopped.
Expected: resume with Sipdroid green dot.
Get-around: clearing Control Wi-Fi Power seems to work. Wi-Fi stays on.
