new feature . timeout retry max value

hi!
i use sipdroid on my Samsung Galaxy S , 2.3.3 gingerbread , mobile isp H3G italy
often when i'm connected to my mobile isp (umts) the program try to connect to 
the server (sip.liberailvoip.it) , but i'vent answer from it, i see the data 
icon (the two arrows) send packet, but no packet is receiving. (the registering 
icon stay red)
if i switch to my wifi connection, i can normally register on the server

in this case, the program try and try and try to connect, and drain my battery. 
the umts connection is working becouse if i open a http page it's ok.
may you add a setting for a max retry number , and a idle time before retry?
