ESP32 Arduino Rainmaker Error #1

Hello,

I saw your youtube videos and I found them very helpful to try and connect the ESP32 to the Rainmaker platform using Arduino IDE. I followed your videos and did exactly the same as you but for some reason when I try to connect it to the Wi-Fi network using the Rainmaker app it gives me the following error message "Error, No Bluetooth device found with the given prefix"

I tried with both BLE and SoftAP methods and both don't work and when I go on the Wi-Fi and BLE scanner I dont even see it on the list of devices.

Can you please advise on what you be done in order to make it work.
