Investigate Running As a WM Under X #40

It is unclear if the GPU is being fully/best utilized.

To determine this, an effort should be made to run under X as a full screen application.

Raspbian does have full GPU acceleration under X. This would allow a determination of the HWACCEL flag is really working when running as a console application.

If there is a FPS increase, then a minimal X session should be created with StratuxHud being the only application being run under X.

Found no performance benefit in FPS with X. There was a memory penalty.

There were no benefits to running under X
