Consolidate Rendering Commands #74

Moves all of line/poly rendering into a module.

Introduces the ability to draw everything anti-aliased.

John, I do not find the Kivic for sale lately. Suggestions?

The HudWay Drive is expected to be available in a few months.

Otherwise, you can get a "teleprompter style" unit from Aviator Systems (choose the Stand-Alone option)
