WebSocket Fixes, New Views, UI Improvements #8

1) Implement a ICMP Pong message using an FOSS ping implementation. 2) Add colors to many of the UI elements. 3) Fade out target cards when they "age out". 4) Add a bunch of status to the System Info page.
