Added optional url so you can specify an etherdraw instance. Defaults to draw.etherpad.org
The diff is messing up. I only changed the lines draw.js:7-20 and static/js/draw.js:34-37 (maybe some whitespace changes happened in ep.json since I was messing around in it but nothing should have changed.)
