The package repository location points to an invalid GitHub page.

Should point to: https://github.com/JohnMcLear/ep_draw/

Ah it was already changed in the code. I was looking at the one downloaded from etherpad's package manager: https://npmjs.org/package/ep_draw. I incorrectly assumed that they were in sync.
