User stories table not rendered as a table #15

The user stories table markdown failed to parse properly. Do note that what you see in intelliJ is not the same as on the github site. this problem is usually caused by an insufficient number of newlines before and after the table, as github's parser is much more picky about it. Likely a failure to check the presentation of the page rather than an unavoidable bug.
