Incorrect error message if allmodsinfo.json is corrupted. #8

If the file format is corrupted and cannot be parsed, it still displays the internet connection error despite this not being the actual cause of the bug. This also renders the program useless as no modules can be added (but modules that already exist in your list will still be detected as duplicate) This is critical because if there is an error with the external API, it might not be detected on the client if its flaged as an internet issue rather than it's real cause which is flawed formatting
