Fix drill connection on Superset #18

This PR fixes the connection to Apache Drill from Superset.

We also fixed the setup.py because the python setup.py install doesn't works because of an issue with the dirname variable.

We have added ouselves as authors in setup.py. Please let us know if that is in line with the contributing guidelines or if we should remove them and keep only the original authors.
