[Bug] Banking @ Varrock East #29

[Bug] The bot when banking at Varrock East will occasionally go upstairs by miss clicking, whether that is due to lag on my end, or the bot reacting too fast and overshooting UI clicks, is unknown.

Thanks for the report. I'll add in a check for the Z plane (floor number) to the bank area.
