Here's the latest .gitignore file that GitHub autogenerates. This should help alleviate the issues some of us face making PRs.

I actually just added one (https://github.com/JohnSundell/SwiftPlate/blob/master/.gitignore), a bit simpler, but should do the trick for this project 😄 Thanks anyway! 👍
