auto column resize
auto row resize
auto fill
manual column resize
manual row resize

Removed

context menu - see below
dropdown menu - pro feature only
width - previous value was a percentage, so the setting was ignored

Context Menu

context menu setting broken out into a default items object and new items object, laying the ground work for possible expansion
still looks and works the same as before
