  Major features:
    - Added Nuclear and Plutonium filter inserters
  Minor features:
    - Renamed coal piece to coal dust
    - Changed unlocks order in automation techs
  Balancing:
    - Added Fast inserter to Nuclear inserter recipe
  Graphics:
    - Updated hardened electric mining drill graphics
    - Updated icons (except modules)
    - Massive PNG optimisation

New beacons and modules are on the way... This mod breaks with every Factorio update, I regret rewriting it to util.table.deepcopy(data.raw) structure...
