Geobase cache should be used to populate the typeahead

Bootleaf uses http://twitter.github.io/typeahead.js/

The Geobase (the textual files which map names to locations, and such) should be read in during init and the names pumped into typeahead. So this means all ADM level files being read...async for sure, or maybe brfs which would be easy but why load all that data? Don't need it until after init.

Ok, what is init? There are multiple parts to that.

• first minimal ui with spinning loader amuse boche
• then all UI chrome
• then maps
• then populate map with markers

So, when is ALL name-to-loc data needed? Probably not until just before that last step. So, inlining it with browserify would seem to be a mistake.
