This error comes up but doesn't seem to end the party (at least for CellTypes.ipynb):

ERROR: google-colab 1.0.0 has requirement pandas~=1.0.0; python_version >= "3.0", but you'll have pandas 0.25.3 which is incompatible.

That could be fixed by tweaking the allensdk repo
