Cull HTML files? #13

HTML files such as DynamicBrain/solutions/Other/CellTypes_solutions.html are probably not needed; in the Colab context there is always a Jupyter server to render the *.ipynb files.

But ask them for the orignal "why."

Or maybe they are produced by Jupyter Book?
