Read Automating Jupyter Book deployments with CI/CD. Let's go with CircleCI since demo deploy will be on GHPages.

The license on that code is BSD.

Seems he got to GitHub Actions as well, and there is a free tier for public repos on Microsoft GitHub. That and goal of demo deploy to GHPages seems to be evidence for using his GHA mechanism. Going to try that first.

Also Why I Switched From CircleCI to GitHub Actions.
