Getting -> "Error: Illegal malloc request size!; " with multiple training images.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run the batch file "TessTrain.bat", <Enter>, <Enter>
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I seem to get a reasonable traineddata output. Though am concerned I get this 
error when have more than 1 training image.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Tesseract 3.02, Windows 7 Proffesional SP1

Please provide any additional information below.
With one image all seems fine. Addinging in additional training images I get 
"Error: Illegal malloc request size!" per additional image. Though it does seem 
to produce reasonable traineddata. What is happening - is the traineddata I am 
getting valid?

Please follow tranining as described
https://code.google.com/p/tesseract-ocr/wiki/TrainingTesseract3 (well it is 
already updated to current code, where several issues were solved, but users 
were able to trainin also with 3.02 version.

We will not analyze you script if you do everything corretly.
