When Lakea updates the scoreboard, she adds apostrophes to the XP value to make it readable. However, she is adding an extra one at the start of the value sometimes which isn't needing. Lakea need to only add apostrophes every 3 characters from the right and not at the start of the value.
Acceptance Criteria:
The XP values have a apostrophe ever 3 characters from the right
The XP value doesn't have a apostrophe at the start of it
