Lakea currently has one scoreboard that shows the 10 highest levelled characters. An additional scoreboard needs creating to show the 10 highest's prestiged characters. After prestige, they should then be sorted by level then experience. Lakea should then update both scoreboards in the Discord.

This ticket is currently blocked by #229

Acceptance Criteria:

Lakea creates a 2nd scoreboard for prestige
Lakea can update both scoreboards in a Discord server
