Chat Bot Feature Request: Welcome Message #269

I'd like to be able to set a welcome message (i.e. "Welcome to the chat, USERNAME!") ever time a new user enters the room.

Hi,

Actually, i implemented this feature in the bot to test it, but i did not make it available in the user interface. I was afraid it could cause some troubles when there are hundreds of users that joins the chat at the same time.

Note to myself: Moreover, for now it will be buggy with anonymous users: the bot should only greet them when they change their nicknames.

I'll see about integrating this in a future version. Thanks for the request.
