Refactoring: merge video-watch scope into common scope #423

Prior to https://github.com/JohnXLivingston/peertube-plugin-livechat/issues/98 , i need some refactoring. I want to use lit for the share modal content. So i need to merge the video watch scope code into the common scope code.
