help 123 is not interpreted as help despite what the UG says #4

Extraneous parameters for commands that do not take in parameters (such as help or exit ) will be ignored. e.g. if the command specifies help 123 , it will be interpreted as help .

This can be a potentially serious problem that can be of medium severity as "help 123" does not give the help link. In addition, I believe the error message could say something such as "do not type anything after help"

User was in edit mode which is why the help command does not work. One can easily verify that the help command functions as expected outside of edit mode
