Playing on a large modpack, added 2 mods and now Bobby does not work #274

I am playing with Prominence II RPG on a server, i added simple hats and AMWPlushies and now it appears i cannot load the cached chunks, under any circumstances it does not load past what i have set as vanilla render distance.

Please provide the latest log file and a minimum set of mods which are required to break it.
