Water Texture No Longer shows when mod is active

I am unsure if it has to do with the fact i have the mod paired with litematica but when i deactive this mod the water texture shows but when i reactivate it the water texture is no longer appearing i havnt found anything of anyone speaking of this so just wondering if there is any fixes
