Respect environment setting when debugging #53

When debugging tests, the environment setting is applied to the debugged process

Just a quick note say thank you. I will include the changes in the next release. Currently a bit swamped in my day job, hence the slow response. Still I expect to be able to get a release out with your fix this month (Nov 2021).

Fixed in new release. Some additional changes were needed, so I didn't end up merging you're merge request, though it was helpful in tracking down the problem.
