Control servo speed #883

Can either the servo speed be user adjusted or have two positions be made 
available for the camera trigger i.e. focus position and trigger position.

A lot of cameras these days need the button half pressed to focus before being 
fully pressed to take the shot.

At present there is no way to do this with the automatic camera option (trigger 
camera 3m before waypoint) other than the addition of a servo speed controller.
