APM 2.5 can't power up with battery, just with USB-cabel #892

I had earlier my hexa in the air and it worked quite good.
When I pluged it in with the USB-cabel for tuning it worked OK.
After I had unplugged and I tried to plug in the LiPo-battery again for another 
flight, the APM didn't react at all. Seams like it doesn't get any power from 
the battery.
I'm using 3DR Power Module.
Please help me with this!
